I am Nikhil Joshi, Esq., M.B.A.—life coach, labor attorney, chaplain, and spiritual director based in Sarasota, Florida. My mission is to guide individuals and organizations to clarity, purpose, and alignment, enabling them to live authentically, act with integrity, and follow their higher calling.
Path to Purpose
I am a husband to a caring wife, a father to two college-aged children, and a son of immigrants. From a young age, I learned that serving others with integrity, compassion, and faith is life’s greatest calling. These values have shaped my personal and professional journey and continue to guide my work.
My original aspiration was to become a physician and serve through healing. Instead, my path led me to law, where I spent nearly thirty years as a Board-Certified Specialist in Employment and Labor Law. This allowed me to counsel and advocate for individuals and organizations, but I realized that true fulfillment comes from addressing not only legal challenges but also the moral, spiritual, and personal dimensions of life.
Through loss, reflection, and divine guidance, I discovered a deeper calling: to help others find clarity, purpose, and alignment. This led me to become a certified life coach through the MindBodyGreen Institute, and I am now close to completing my interfaith ministry program to become a certified chaplain, spiritual director, and ordained minister.

My coaching practice combines decades of professional expertise with a deep dedication to serving others. I have witnessed the impact of meaningful guidance—helping people recover from burnout, face ethical questions, bring faith into daily living, and find purpose in both work and life.
